According to the Salem DMV all calls for all branches have been routed through the Salem DMV. So when I called the Salem DMV they will call the McMinnville DMV and they will call you back if they feel a call is needed. So if you need to contact the DMV call the Salem DMV and talk with them. I always call the Salem office and I call early in the morning when they first open like 8 o’clock and I almost always get somebody on the line sometimes I’ve had to wait an hour but I called right away early in the morning 8 o’clock
