The ramp around the outside of the ship is free. The gift shop and small museum are accessible as well. And there is a ramp to access the ship's deck, but the deck is not handicap friendly and the rest of the ship is only accessible by ladder and stairs.
Most of the ship is not. You will only be able to go onto the main deck of the ship. The rest of the ship has a great deal of tight stairways and ladders. There is a walkway around the outside of the ship near shore that gives a great view from the outside!
