You could but fir safety and comfort solid shoes are better. I blew out one flip-flop on my last trip there, luckily i was finished and was in the gift shop!
You could, but I would recommend shoes with comfortable and nonslip soles. A lot if walking and climbing metal decks & stairs/ladders.
I blew out my flip flop, stepped on a pop top, cut my heel, and had to cruise back home.
I recommend wearing good soild shoes if plan to go through the whole ship Lots of ladders and metal catwalks
As a sailor I would strongly suggest against it.
Not advise to wear flip-flops. Thinking back I think there was a sign suggesting to wear a good shoe.
