If it is a service dog I would like to think that you would be able to. But call to make sure . Also parking lot is exposed to the sun.
Call first is good advice...I was there in February so there wernt many people..you would have to carry your dog anywhere below deck even if they allow you on board with it....
I did not see any pets or service animals. The ladders are very steep and you definitely would not want to take them to the engine room. I think the grated floor panels would hurt their feet. Definitely call them first.

I would contact them directly. We did not see any pets anywhere on the grounds but I have not seen, on the website or the ship, any notice of restrictions. With the amount of stairs and the steepness of them having a way to carry your pup while having use of both your hands would be highly recommended.
I would highly advise that you should not the ship is way too big and if the dog gets lose and runs there is no finding him
