They have wheelchair access ramps. You would definitely want to have somebody help you up the ramp that goes up to the ship as it is steep.
You can get on the deck, but not navigate thru the ship itself.

The main deck is. After that no. It is an actual ship. The only way down to the other levels is small stairs
