In August my friend who recently moved to Fair Bluff was walking with his dog on the boardwalk and saw a small ~5 ft alligator at the edge of the water and when it saw them it flipped back into the water. It was around the halfway point on the boardwalk.
Probably so but I have never seen one there myself.
There could be, but in 20 years of paddling the Lumber from Lumberton to Nichols, SC have never seen one.
