How much to smoke salmon filets?

You'll have to call them directly & ask. FYI, I've found it hard to keep them lit, & the neighbors could tell I was smoking. Heh.

I doubt that Chucks Seafood could even answer that question. They probably smoke so many pounds at one time that they wouldn't know exactly per#. Only the best seafood products come from Chucks. I suggest that U just purchase what you need. Enjoy and save yourself the work. 😜🤪
