Are all the rooms in Tower 1,2,3 either ocean view or oceanfront?

I'm pretty sure all rooms you can see the ocean, just not very well.

No. Some rooms have pool/courtyard views. But you should still be able to see some ocean/beach but not what I would consider "Oceanfront or Oceanview"
