Yes they are gluten free friendly/aware tho they do not carry their own GF soy sauce so far but you are welcome to bring in your own. They have GF rice noodles they can substitute with various dishes besides just plain rice & one of the adjustments to their dishes is made with clear sauce, no regular soy sauce added. There are all vegetable dishes, likely those are vegan.
