Got my trailer tire changed with spare, the guy who did,never clean the tire out, there was lot of sand in it, because of sitting on that stand. I came and get it looked at, as the thumping to get air check wasn't giving good feeling. Always get your stuff checked, and they don't even want you to wait in truck cab at all, while getting work done. You can't rest.

I was seated at Arby's for a hour waiting for my tractor trailer tires to be changed when Ralph, the manager of loves came up to me an tried to intimidate me, wanting to know " what's my plan" in an aggressive tone several times. I explained my reason but he wasn't accepting it and continued to attempt to intimidate me into leaving. It wasn't until my team leader came in and asked me what's going on and I replied " he thinks I'm homeless", that is when the bully Ralph left me alone. Because my team leader said we were waiting for our tires to be changed. I love loves but thoroughly disliked my experience here.

A really nice gas station combined with a good place for grabbing sandwiches and drinks. Staff is friendly. The restrooms are very clean and open to public. I will look for this brand for scheduling my stops during my roadtrips. Great service!
