I got a license plate renewal notice via email from the state of Illinois saying it was time to renew. I recently got a new car and transferred the plates. The renewal notice still had the old car on it. What do I need to do?

You should be able to take care of that when you renew. Go back to Troy license and they should be able to take care of it.
