There are quite a few homes rented in the Sunriver area that allow pets as well.
Directly from their website: "Sunriver Resort allows pets of any size. The pet fee is $65 for the first night and $10 each additional night. Both dogs and cats are welcome. The hotel has a designated pet area with a variety of room types available. However, rooms will not be serviced if the pet is left unattended."
