I would give it a zero star if I could. Terrible service, had to ask for the bread, and our drinks multiple times, had a friend show up a little later and we had to ask twice just to get her glass of wine. She finally got her glass of wine after she was done with her meal. You would think for the price they are charging you would get the service/food to justify it. When we got the bill they added 15% gratuity to the bill, tried to pay it via their qr code and it wouldn't work. So my wife went down stairs to pay the bill and by the time she got back up to our table the gratuity had jumped to 20% on the qr code. Glad she handled it, because I would not have given them a penny in gratuity/tip and I am usually a 20+% tipper. I recommend going to Shari's or Denny's you'll get better food and way better customer service.

Special night out and was offered a table of our choice in the lounge. Just prior to ordering we were asked to move, as a large group was scheduled to come in. We complied and saw a single female seated at our former table. A half hour or so into our time there she was joined by only two others. Having had excellent service prior to this, we assumed that there was some mistake. We want to support local, but we've had both poor service and sub standard food on the last two occasions. We're not going back.

Incredible experience, the service was impeccable, what you would expect from a 5 star restaurant. Bread was warm, entrees were perfect and drinks were expertly made. The ambience and music was so perfect for a romantic night or a gathering of friends. The price was very reasonable for the quality and service. All the service staff were friendly and attentive even as it got busier. This was a special occasion for me and my fiancee, this was a excellent place to cap off a wonderful day.

Great service and great food. The Pollo Marsalla dish was delicious. If you like wine, don't get their house wine, make sure you ask for something specific from the menu. Desert ( tiramisu) was also good and the portion was more than enough to complete the meal. I will return to this place every time I'm in town. I do recommend you come with an appetite, food portions are big. Ask for Mary as your server, she was great and always with a smile.
