I called and made a reservation, but I got in the door and got handed a buzzer.... What's the point of a reservation.

No. They say they do but it is just call ahead. We had a time of 630 and when we got there we were told it would be a 40 minute wait. After 40 minutes We ask how much longer and were told it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. Manager wouldn't even talk to us about it. Kept ignoring us. We will never go back
