Wow. The staff was amazing. Took the time to explain to my daughter all about her instrument. Showed her how to put it together and clean it. Store was open and organized. Awesome experience

I bought an electric drumset from here. It was an overall great exerience. The gentleman that helped was a joy. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Answered most of my questions off the top of his head and quickly researched and found any others. The drumset quality is excellent. It's the same drumset that has been sitting in the corner on display. It works great. No lag, no delay, great sounds, great response, great function. Awesome store with an even more awesome staff.

This location was respectful and as helpful as they could be in my experience; HOWEVER, when i reached out to customer service regarding being double charged the representative hung up in my face. I called back 3 additional times requesting to speak with a supervisor and was immediately hung up on yet again. UNBELIEVABLE.
