I'd recommend looking up farmers market calendar. They have a group that makes the most amazing tamales but they are only there on specific days, they arent even the same days, definitely not when the weather is bad. The vendors Inform the farmers market when they will be there each month and the market puts their schedule online.

I think mainly on the weekends.
