Yes. They have contractors they hire and send to your house. About a month ago they sent a company over to my house to fix an entry door. Everyone home Depot hires out us usually pretty dependable as far as I know.
Most ACE hardware stores do.
Really depends on what you're trying to do, if it's screens or if it's the actual glass and windows. I don't think they do repairs and service, would probably recommend one of their subcontractor
