Businesses generally don't monitor Google Maps for specific individual questions. Look on their website which is pretty darned good. I've been a patient there several times and they are very helpful!

Usually 7am thru 4 or 5 is best. It's a walk in order, but more staff are available during business hours. They are there Saturday too if you need.
