HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital does not have a behavioral health unit but did partner with Touchette Regional Hospital and Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation (SIHF) to expand the behavioral health center at Touchette, which opened in January 2016. If you are looking for services, they can be reached 24/7 at 618-332-4038 for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Who knows? This is Google Maps! Look at hshsmd.org and search for a psychiatric doctor. They only show two in their system in Swansea and Glen Carbon. The rest are 50 or more miles away. Many are in Springfield. Best of luck.
