The manager here is a very rude person who has no apologies for anything. We literally sat there for 35 minutes one night and then she acted like we were being a problem for showing that the order was wrong. She never smiles. At all.

James - I feel their pain, but honestly it's no excuse for bad service and rudeness. If you can't handle it go do something else. I know plenty of people in that line of work that handle it quite well.

All you have to do is get the Store#an they're supposed to have there Business license where it can be Viewed also a plaque that show's the Franchise owners location an Google the location of there offices and file your Dissatisfaction an I can assure you they will handle the situation.

Unless you've spent some time behind the counter, you should be considerate of what it takes to manage a fast food restaurant. Minimum wage employees, production cost, scheduling, customers, trash, ordering, bosses, also employees safety, customers safety, robbed at gunpoint...what else.? I think the food is cooked to order and always fresh. I think that if you eat at a fast food restaurant, sometimes you feel like it's not fast food and takes forever.
