Total Body Therapy is a game changer. As I approach my 40s, I noticed my energy levels were getting low and I was tired more than normal. The staff at TBT was able to get me on a routine prescription that got my energy back to what it was before. You won’t regret visiting them!

I came in with some pain issues. The Technicians and the Ladies at the front are fantastic. They treated me as an individual and they cared about my pain issues and they did their very best to fix those issues. I cannot say enough about Sarah and her team at Total Body Therapy and Wellness. They are hands down FANTASTIC.

How do y'all treat lymphedema

Tammy, Thank you for your question on Lymphedema! Our Lymphedema PT's are Certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). We have a 4 phase program to help with Lymphedema. 1. Skin care- we teach you how to care for your skin and why it is important with lymphedema 2. Manual Lymph Drainage- it is similar to a light massage and feels great! With this we help stimulate the lymph system to push out the extra lymph fluid (swelling) and move it out of your body. 3. Bandaging- after Step 1 and 2 we bandage your arm or leg. This keeps the swelling from returning between treatments. It also keeps pressure on your limb so the fluid keeps moving even after your treatment is done! 4. Light exercise- Exercise helps move the lymph fluid naturally. But it is easy to over do it! We design a custom exercise program - just for you- that is neither too hard or too easy. We continue this until you get back to "normal". We then will get you a sleeve or stocking to wear for long term.
