Do they use latex gloves?

Theres not many actual restaurants that use gloves. They get way nastier than your hands and health code calls for constant washing of hands instead. The only places that are basically required to use gloves are fast food joints.

I haven't seen anyone wearing latex gloves when I'm there, but they might in the kitchen. I would call and ask.
