What is a good time to go for dinner, like when the food is the freshest and when alot of people go, don't want to go there in between rushes of customers because the food is hit or miss with most places when thank you in advance you do that

There is a lot of food. Sometimes hit or miss on freshness. It is always busy. Last time I went back for fresh fried shrimp and looked like the same bottom of the pot stuff still there. They could work on freshness. You made me think!
