Hi James! Our total package includes base 40 cpm (45 cpm if you qualify for MVP pay), monthly mileage bonus .01 cpm for 11,000+ miles, Fuel and Performance Bonus, Safety Bonus, 1/2 cpm increase every 6 months, unlimited referral bonus up to $2000 per referral. Our drivers average 2300-2500 miles a week, but of course we have drivers who run more - the miles are there. Our drivers get home most weekends.
