Michelle Thank you for asking. We are working up a VEGAN menu, but unfortunately don't have one to share at this time. However, I can proudly tell you that we currently have a VEGAN crepe which is made with buckwheat and Oat milk. It is GF, Lactose free and VEGAN!! I'm sorry to say though it does contain sugar, because I have an insatiable sweet tooth! Now pertaining to specific items, you can always order items and ask the server to modify your order to remove items which are not vegan. For example in addition to the Thai Curry crepe our Mediterranean chicken salad crepe, could be made with tofu instead of chicken, and without the cheese. Personally I love this crepe made that way! For sweets... you can't go wrong with PURE MAPLE SYRUP and fresh cut strawberries. Since we have a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables on our menu, I am certain between your creativity and your server, we could create something you would enjoy! Our Thai curry crepe - sub buckwheat crepe that’s vegan! But make sure you notify your server that you need the dish prepared vegan. Also fresh strawberry crepes / maple brown sugar crepes without the cream and sub the vegan buckwheat crepe. Enjoy!
