Can people go there to just look around being it's an historic place when there's not a race?

Yes, you can drive right up to the track and outbuildings. It's a beautiful spot. Try breakfast at the Harness Track restaurant.

There will be events such as horse shows etc now that winter training is wrapped up that are open to the public. There blue berry pancakes at the restaurant are a must!
