What a refreshing experience! From ease of making an appointment, to promptness of all professionals in the building! Everything was well explained and very thorough. My daughter needed testing for red dye which many places don’t do. Not only were we able to have her intake appointment today, but we were surprisingly able to get all her testing done and get her prescription for her epipen! Great experience!

As a medical professional, I have high expectations when it comes to medical care. I can truly say that since moving to Pinehurst, Allergy Partners is the only group to not only meet my expectations, but exceed them. My 11 year old has full panic attacks with any invasive procedure. I never saw us being able to treat his allergies. The doctor and especially the nurses, have been nothing short of amazing. No panic attacks and the first time we have ever been able to effectively complete immunotherapy and testing. They always have my son’s best interest in mind. While my son was going to be out of state for an extended period of time, they handled everything down to finding an out of state physician to continue his care, communicating with that other office, and forwarding all records and giving me a step-by-step of what I needed to do as a parent. Thank you for your consistent care and dedication to your patients!

I have been told you are experiencing computer problems since over a week ago. I have called, gone to the office and no one seems to be working. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and would like to know what the situation is.

Hi Barbara. I just spoke with them and their computers are still down. The woman I talked to said I should call back after lunch and they should be able to schedule appointments. Hope this helps.
