They give an appointment for you But you drive up call in and they're come out and get your pet. After they tell you when to pickup and call in and they bring your pet to the car.They are a wonderful place for your pets.
They do have some walk ins however under the current restrictions always best to call ahead or you may have a very long wait in your car
They have walkin hours but you would have to call to check the times.
