Much better to schedule an appointment. I always set my appointments online, might be more reliable than over the phone. If it's the same recall I had, it will need 2 hours of repair once it's checked in, but it's at no cost at least. Beaman has a shuttle service, but you can always grab an uber if you are pressed for time and don't have a ride.
Call to setup an appointment. Problem is it will take a long time so setup your appointment very early and get dropoff via the shuttle. Don't be surprised if it takes a few days and a couple of appointments to get it done.
