I came in to get my car looked at and approached one of the front desk persons, Eric, who was on his pad and could not bother looking up to acknowledge me. After a minute of just standing there awkwardly, I finally said hello. Without looking up or saying hello back, he coldly asked me what I needed, then proceeded to tell me I could bring the car in but they wouldn’t look at it because I didn’t make an appointment. (He didn’t even bother to ask me if I made an appointment). His entire demeanor was just unwelcoming and rude. First impressions is everything. If this is the type of employees they have interfacing with customers and their job is to greet and welcome customers, that tells me how very little they care about their customers’ experience. No thank you! I would rather go somewhere else where my business will be appreciated.

Places like this are why people hate dealerships. This is the prime example of a typical car dealership. Predatory and dishonest sales tactics, high pressure, they even turn the AC extremely low in the finance room. It was a great learning experience and lesson to never buy a vehicle from a dealership!

After the service, they offered to exchange my brake fluid, but said nothing about worn pads, probably hoping that it will damage my rotors and I will come back to change them. They were indeed correct about the former, but I changed both the pads and the rotors in another place and will never come back here - most dishonest rip-off service ever. Update: Also, note that this "Response from the owner" is just to show off that they care. I never received a response to the e-mail that they had asked me to send them.

Much better to schedule an appointment. I always set my appointments online, might be more reliable than over the phone. If it's the same recall I had, it will need 2 hours of repair once it's checked in, but it's at no cost at least. Beaman has a shuttle service, but you can always grab an uber if you are pressed for time and don't have a ride.
Oil change services start at $89.95 which includes full tire rotation, a multi-point inspection including inspection of engine air filter, cabin air filter, windshield, battery, belts, power steering fluid, Transmission, Brake Fluid, Washer Fluid, All 4 Tires Tread Depth Checked and Tire Air Pressure Checked and Adjusted, Brake Inspection, Fluid Fill, Maintenance Reminder Reset and washing and drying of the exterior of the vehicle. Prices for oil change services may vary depending on the year, make and model of the vehicle.

Be careful first of all. There's a malfunction in the brake system. The seriousness of the malfunction cannot be determined over the internet. If you are the least bit concerned contact the service department and arrange for towing service as soon as possible.
