If you want to eat or drink you'll need some clothes on. Shoes, shirt, something over the private parts. If you're just going for a stroll, no dress code, but probably cover the jewels or the police might stop you and see what your deal is. Please keep in mind Nashville knows how to have fun and party, but ours is also a respectable city with class and alot of people visit downtown with children, so please don't show up naked or disrespectful.
