I don't believe so, however I would recommend it if you want to avoid a wait and make sure that the piercer or tattoo artist of your choice is available..
Anytime I plan on going I set a time block up with my artist so that I know I will be able to get in
It is recommended. We try our best to take care of everyone that walks in, but we do get really busy at times so there's sometimes a really long wait or we can't get everyone in.
Yes especially on the weekend because they're always busy.
