if you're piercing someone under 18( a nose ring) what do they need to have from their guardian. I've heard all they need is a form from their parents saying they consent to it, but some other places say you need them to be present

The parent or guardian must be present to give consent. The adult must have a valid ID.

We need the parent to be present at the time of the piercing. We need a government issued photo ID from the person getting pierced and the parent like a drivers license or passport.
