Do they have parking. If not, where is the best place to park?

Best to take an uber. My hotel was within walking distance of Honky Tonk row, so we walked. Even at our hotel we paid $40 per day.

There are $15 parking garages within 2,3 blocks.

I don't know of a parking lot that is restaurant specific. I just used the city's paid parking lots.
