I sent you notice of action form I 797 , been more than year so how long it take time to get reply ?

I renew my green card in January 29 2022 but I haven't heard anything about my application

They normally send a reply within 45 days and send you the update on the case within 6-9 months. However because of CV19 there's less people working in their offices. Also, there are hundreds of immigrants being brought here by the new president.
