They will never do that. The reason TJ's is so cheap is because their overhead and spaces are at a minimal. This makes the store easy to shop and keeps prices low. They do not have the extra space needed for that.
I do not believe they do. You might contact Shipt, or Instacart. Both are services that shop and deliver groceries directly to your home. Personally I don't think Walmart will have the same products as Trader Joe's.

Wal Mart has grocery pick up from a futuristic refrigerated tower that stores your order in a box in the tower. It is awesome. 20ft tall at least
