produce is shameful. Sold me sausage a month and change out from expiry and didn't even get so much as an apology much less an acknowledgment that shouldn't happen. it's a kroger. I don't expect customer service but I do expect someone to be like "oh that is a problem" not "are you the guy with a return? how much was it" like that meat is a month out and you're inconvenienced by me? It's been a weird cpl years but that doesn't justify the apathy in this grocery store. There cannot be a manager in this store, I simply don't believe it. I can't even afford to shop at Publix but will because you can't trust anything you pick up in this Kroger. Not a single item is guaranteed to be in date or even not obviously sitting on the shelf opened or dented or what have you.

1 out of 5 stars! HORRIBLE experience!! I'm not even from around here, just visiting my mom from Indy. We stopped here to pick up some food. We had to have them page someone for the deli & then still had to wait for the girl to get back there! Then while checking out, the employee watching over self check out wanted to give me attitude & act like I was using a stolen EBT card for my food. My EBT card won't swipe & I need to get a new one, but my mail keeps getting stolen so I don't want to order a new one until I know I'll for sure be home. Every place has been very willing to allow me to type in my numbers, as long as I have my drivers license with me... well, every place EXCEPT this krogers! The employee watching over self check out seemed very bothered that I wanted to use my card & then had enough nerve to say it's probably not even my card, that my name probably "aint even on it". She tried telling me that they weren't allowed to do it, but she guessed she would. Then the first time she entered my card numbers in, she tried saying the card was declined 🤣 she would only try to run it one more time & magically it took, so obviously it was bc she entered the numbers in wrong the first time! I highly suggest finding a different krogers! I will never be returning & my mom said she's going to her usual kroger over this one! They do not know customer service AT ALL!

The quality of customer service has heavily declined along with the competence of how check out works.... Every time I've come by the past month (i just moved to the area) it's a long wait for checkout (you can't use self check out with WIC) even if i wanted check out it's always something and it takes FOREVER to pay and be on my way. From really slow scanners to the cashier not being able to do proper simple math... The only reason i come here it's cuz the other Kroger is a lot further now... THEY know how things are and should be done.

Does the Coinstar except gift cards for cash at this location?

I've never used the Coinstar. It's typically hard to get cash from a gift card with a couple of exceptions. Calling the number on the back of the card for assistance with your question is your best bet.

I thought they starting closing more. Are there hours the same 24?

Because holidays are a time for all people to enjoy the company of their friends and family, and grocery store workers are, as you might have forgotten, actually people. Talking about smh

Do they have enough motor shopping carts?

Lisa Boone | Oct 25, 2019
Vetrel Smith | Oct 25, 2019

Enough? I can't say but I can imagine that they try to have an adequate number on hand. I noticed more parking spots for the physically challenged so let's hope so. Also online shopping can be even easier! On your smart phone or computer an order can be placed for a specific pick up time and there's special parking too. All one has to do is unlock the trunk or door so an employee can load your purchase.😊

Hello. We will be vacationing in Nashville, next winter time and will be staying near your store, at the Wyndham Resort Condos. Does your store offer grocery delivery service? And can a shopper shop online to order groceries? Thank you,

It now offers a delivery service with Instacart, simple to use. Its like the Click list but chose delivery instead of pick up. :)
