Check in is noon for rv spaces.
I believe that check in is at 12 or 1. If your space has been vacated, they will let you come earlier. Check out is 11.
I don't know check in either. But I've been there with my children several times and this is their preferred RV place in Salem. They have swimming pool where each visit they meet other kids. There's a small park and basket ball hoop. And they have a family movie night on the weekend.
I believe 2pm. I was only there once. Not a good place for children. Great for empty nesters.
