I was trying to reserve a RV spot at two locations and Phoenix RV was the only one that answered or returned my call. I booked it site unseen. I was pleasantly impressed how nice the park was. Very friendly office staff. Thanks for letting me stay there

Very nice park---clean, well maintained, convenient location. We had a pull thru, easy in and out. Park allowed us to wash our rig.

A lot of places have waiting lists for full timers and most have a year restriction on the rig. Your best bet is to call them.
No, only daily or weekly, their monthly has a waiting list 4 pages long. Good luck I'm in the same boat as you
I would recommend you call them. I stayed with them the last two nights and they were very friendly. They do a fantastic job keeping the site incredibly organized and clean.
The vintage RV park in MacMinnville area they rent RV trailers that are stationed in their own space.
