20% is the standard, 15% for relatively poor service, and 25% or more for great service. People who tip 10% should have had a very poor experience to try to justify that. But it's always nice to try to make the servers day by giving a really good tip!
Depends of what cain of service they give you most the time i give them 35%
20% is always the suggested tip. Thank for asking.
I like to leave 20%. 30 if service is excellent. Never less then 20. Ikeda they did that in Hope's of you still leaving a good tip. I always do a generous when something is given for free. Free stuff doesnt happen often maybe like 1 every 2 yrs or so. Different chains.
What you people don't seem to understand is a server makes $2.35 an hour. So when you get A##holes that don't tip or leave some chump amount. They work off of tips. So if you are too cheap to tip then go to McDonald's. For date night. Don't waste their time.
I do too. But this last time, I didn't tip and I got my meal for free because the waiter took like 25 minutes, literally, to even take our order. And there were only maybe 3 people in his section I guess because of the time of day it was. They checked the cameras and came back and apologized and gave us your meals on the house and a free $50 card.. I was very pleased. I didn't expect that at all. But I still love this place and will go again.
Depends on your total amount of your purchase it's usually be 10% now if they're really really nice and courteous then you tip them more
