Technically, yes, but functionally and friendliness, I'd rate it fair. The entrance/exit door could be difficult to manage while operating the wheelchair. The ordering/pick up counter is high, could present a challenge for some. You pick up your food at the left side of the counter and all the tables are to the right side of the restaurant. If you're in a wheelchair and there's a line, it will take some maneuvering. Tables are booths. Restroom doors are questionable, not a lot of space inside. Would suggest having a friend along to help as needed. BUT, the food is really good!
