LBMC 6.16 to 6.20. I think the answer would be No. It appears that goats are considered livestock and goats can be kept on private property, but need to be a certain amount of feet away from other property. Enjoy your goat.
Dogs are allowed, so would say yes. Place is very chill, and I'm sure most people would get a kick outta seeing a goat. It has fake grass and dirt, so like with any other pet please make sure your pet doesn't go to the bathroom on it.
