Who did you talk to? Because none of the responding officers ever heard this information. AND the dog was off leash and is lucky to be alive.
Yes, had to wait a day to get the footage because it was captured through a homes security camera and they actually said “there's nothing we could do about it”
The officers are the reason that dog survived! They put her in the back of the car and rapidly transported her to Sierra Vet! Next time you see a vehicle leaving after a crime, get a license plate and a direction of travel. No one had that information, only that it was a silver vehicle!
