There are no camp sites directly next to the water. The sites are still relatively close... We usually stay at Owl and its a 3 min drive. Mind you speed limit is 15 mph and 5 mph in loops.
Depending on the site, they can be very close. Site T6 is a 1 minute walk to the water, but this is the marina area, so there's no swimming. Only boating and kayaking. The Oh Ridge campground is the one that's closest to June Lake beach
