What information do you require to honor a battery warranty? I have the 84-month Toyota Truestart battery and it has gone bad. It is only 27 months old.

Hi Chris, I'm sure by now you have had your question answered...😉however I just wanted to say w owned a 2003 Toyota Sequoia Limited and when our Battery went bad we NEVER EVER PAID A SINGLE DIME to replace it. In fact Avondale Toyota even paid for our Sequoia to be towed on a flat bed to their dealership for the battery replacement. Hope this may have helped, sorry so late with the response.

Best bet is to call the dealer. But since I brought my car from the Toyota dealer they already had my information in the system. I`'ve had 3 batteries in my car so far and they knew if it was still under warranty or not.

Call the dealer or a number that may be on your warranty paperwork directly.
