The Timothy House is a non emergency shelter. They can only welcome people into the house after a brief phone then in person interview. Once in the house the length of stay is largely conditional on how well someone is cooperating with the structure of the house. Such as... Doing the chore that is assigned to them, keeping there bedroom space orderly, and respecting other residents and staff. Idk what exactly you were wondering about Jenny but those are a few aspects of the Timothy House.
