Yes, there are rides that are not just for kids. Several slides are fairly intense, and fun for all ages. There is also an adults only version of the Lazy River that serves alcoholic beverages on the ride.

Zoombezi has lots of waterslides to enjoy, both body slides as well as tube slides. There are 3 major body slides (the blue and teal ones are most thrilling.) There is the very popular and thrilling cyclone. There is the dolphin dash, where you race on mats face first. There are a couple of bowl tube slides that are fun. They have the newer ones, "Python Plunge"and "Big Boa Falls" (my personal favorites.) And then the ones they just added THIS SUMMER! There is an obstacle course type water race involving a wall, and another new body slide where you plunge into 10 ft of water! So the answer is YES! There are PLENTY of adult friendly rides that are both fun and thrilling!
You mean for "adults"? There are a few rides that do have height restrictions and one exclusively for adults because you can get alcoholic drinks.
Nothing major. There's a log ride but for the most part it's geared towards the little ones.
