Are there gendered dress policies? The website only mentions no thong style swimsuits, but does not mention tops.
My boyfriend is transgender and has breasts, we were wondering if he would be allowed to wear conservative swim trunks with no top.

If he's going through transition I would believe he would need to wear a top if he has breast
