Is there an Actual office on site , are there HOA fees? I understand you can buy a modular home, but I don't understand after you pay off your mortgage, when fees, besides taxes are paid and to who?

Yes, there is an actual office but you are not encouraged to go there.When you buy your modular home you pay off your lender, but in addition you pay a rental fee for your lot to long real estate. This rental fee never goes away as long as you are living in The Ravines. You would pay your taxes to the county as you would if owning any other home.

Do have any Mobile Homes for sale, on a rental lot ? Do they have gas heat? do any have gas stoves ? can you hook a gas dryer to the homes ?
