Who owns Crystal Lake Mobile Home Park in Delaware Ohio

Melody has told us the same thing. We are moving out on the 1st and we told her that because they won’t fix anything and then she turns around and flips an eviction case on us. Like why would you do that if were already leaving??

Good luck! Answering machine has been full since new management took over. Even when someone's in the office it takes calling 10 times to get an answer. I'd go somewhere else.

Best thing i could tell you is to call the office there is plenty of empty places here

For sale they may have some used upcoming wouldn't even look here though waste of time to live here nothing changes rent hikes mgmt is never around "maintenance workers" are about as useful as a car with no gas horrible cat problem don't even bother!

The best way is for you to drive there and experience it.

I feel for you. Take heart. New management is coming soon and may take a proactive look at many issues at crystal lake. Till then stay put, don't take it upon yourself.
